Day 16 & 17

The first two full days on the island have been fairly uneventful. Trips in to Charlottetown for necessities (food and an RF adapter to plug a SNES and Wii in to the ancient hotel TV), a stop at Richards for seafood chowder and onion rings, and some evening beach walking (for me... Daniel's happy at home with the Nintendo).

For these two days, photos from my beach walks will have to suffice. Yes, there's the usual beach sunsets (can you blame me?), but you've also got some particularly skittish sand pipers, flowers, and even some interesting patterns in the sand from wind-blown vegetation.
