Thankfully, the day was redeemed by a detour through Moose Jaw to the 15 Wing air base, home of the Snowbirds aerobatic team. Alas, the Snowbirds were not there, but the base was quite active and I thoroughly enjoyed watching a number of CT-156 Harvard II's and CT-155 Hawks performing basic training maneuvers.
